$100.00 deposit per day reserved is required to hold a date(s). Deposits are refundable in the event of inclement weather IF we are not able to re-schedule the trip during your stay. CapnJack Charters will make the determination if weather is un-fishable. Deposits will be fully re-funded for cancellation with a minimum of seven days advanced notice. For cancellation notice of less than seven days we offer a "rain check" for some future re-scheduling of your charter.
